Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Fire & Safety Services Tort Liability Fund, 1-10022100-74205-2210020000-74205 to American Family Insurance Company as subrogee of Janay Anderson, the amount of twenty-three thousand four hundred seventy-six dollars and sixteen cents ($23,476.16) in full and final settlement of their no-fault/PIP subrogation claim stemming from a motor vehicle accident which took place on or about the 25th day of November, 2014, in Saint Paul, MN.
