WHEREAS on July 19, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-51, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during March 1 to 18, 2017. (File No. J1709P, Assessment No. 178409); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1716 University Avenue West, being described as: Howard Park Lots 8 and Lot 9, with the property identification number 33-29-23-42-0004 was assessed an amount of $192.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti waiver on file since March 21, 2013;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $192.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 17-51 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
