Amending Council File RLH AR 17-36 to delete the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during January 17 to February 3, 2017 for 461 DALE STREET NORTH (aka 626 UNIVERSITY AVENUE WEST). (File No. J1707P, Assessment No. 178406)

WHEREAS on June 7, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-36, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during January 17 to February 3, 2017. (File No. J1707P, Assessment No. 178406); and
WHEREAS, the property at 461 Dale Street North (AKA 626 University Avenue West), being described as: University Dale Dev Lot 2 Blk 1, with the property identification number 35-29-23-41-0220 was assessed an amount of $260.92; and
WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services staff recommends deleting the assessment because there is a graffiti waiver on file and the address was incorrect with the correct pin numbers;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $260.92, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 17-36 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
