Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1027 CASE AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 17-32.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 17-32 on June 7, 2017 which granted an extension for 30 days to remove the garage or provide plan for repair of garage within following 60 days to abate the nuisance conditions at 1027 Case Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 27, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
