Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kenneth O. Doyle to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 705 SUMMIT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the revocation and order to vacate and the vacant building registration requirement if the repairs are completed by July 31, 2017 or the property must be vacated on August 1, 2017 and will be placed in the vacant building program; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
