WHEREAS on May 17, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 17-30 to delete the assessment for Clean Up services during January 3 to 31, 2017 at 804 CAPITOL HEIGHTS, UNIT 2. (File No. J1709A, Assessment No. 178510); and
WHEREAS, the property at 804 Capitol Heights, being described as: Apartment ownership No 101 Capitol Heights Condominiums Unit No 2, with the property identification number 31-29-22-21-0029 was assessed an amount of $320; and
WHEREAS, Thomas Moriarty contacted Office of Financial Services and indicated he did not received the Summary Abatement Order. After review of the file, it was found that Ramsey County Property Tax Record has the incorrect billing address; and
WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services recommends deleting the assessment due to this error; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assessment of $320, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 17-30 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
