Amending the financing and spending plans in the Police Department grant fund budget in the amount of $20,000 for MN ICAC Task Force.
Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department entered into a Multi-Agency Law Enforcement Joint Powers Agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Public Safety to join a multi-agency task force (RES 16-2093); and
WHEREAS, the 2017 financing and spending plan needs to be amended and activity budget added for these funds; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $20,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2017 budget and recommends the following changes; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council approves these changes to the 2017 budget.
