Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 178 CAYUGA STREET in Council File RLH SAO 17-16.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File RLH SAO 17-16 on May 3, 2017 which granted an extension to June 13, 2017 to abate the nuisance conditions at 178 CAYUGA STREET; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 13, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
