WHEREAS, on April 5, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RES PH 17-53, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Sanitary Sewer Connections done with the Wheelock Parkway reconstruction project; and
WHEREAS, the property at 357 Wheelock Parkway East, with the property identification number 20-29-22-22-0007 was assessed $2,263.68 and the property at 363 Wheelock Parkway East, with the property identification number 20-29-22-22-0098 as assessed $5,400.00; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services recommends deleting the assessments because the connections were required and funded by Public Works Sewer Division and should not have been assessed to the properties; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Council File RES PH 17-53 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
