Approving adverse action against the Auto Repair Garage license held by G Auto Service, LLC, d/b/a G Auto Service at 1431 Rice Street. (To be withdrawn)

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Auto Repair Garage license held by G Auto Service, LLC d/b/a G Auto Service (License ID# 20120004191) for the premises located at 1431 Rice Street in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License dated May 16, 2017; stating the licensee failed to pay delinquent license and late fees and submit a Certificate of Compliance Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Law form; and

 

WHEREAS, per Saint Paul Legislative Code §310.05 (m) (2), the licensing office also recommended a $500.00 matrix penalty for failure to submit required information to maintain the license; and  

 

WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit the required information or request a public hearing; and  

 

WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit the required information, request a public hearing or cancel the license by May 26, 2017, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, the Auto Repair Garage license held by G Auto Service, LLC d/b/a G Auto Service for the premises located at 1431 Rice Street is hereby suspended for failure to pay delinquent license and late fees.

 

FURTHER RESOLVED, the licensee is ordered to pay a matrix penalty of $500.00 for failure to submit required information in order to maintain the license.

 

FINALLY RESOLVED, the license will remain suspended until delinquent license and late fees are paid in full and the required information is submitted to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
