WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File RLH SAO 17-12 on April 5, 2017 which granted an extension to May 15, 2017 to remove the cargo container at 2157 Lincoln Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Owner, Valerie Hoisness, contacted our office to request for an extension because the company of the cargo container was not able to remove it until May 22, 2017;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer granted an additional extension to June 5, 2017 for compliance;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on June 6, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance condition and found this condition forthcoming abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is forthcoming abated.
