Comments: The day after a container was sent to the property, I received a call from the sister stating that the residents speaks and reads little to no English, and gave the letter to her to translate after the compliance date. I have been in contact with sister of residents living at this property and told me they recently switched garbage servicers. They showed active service with Advanced Disposal since February 12, 2017, but AD had not dropped off container until late Tuesday afternoon, after my inspection. -Sareen Earm
