Amending the financing and spending plans in the Office of Technology and Communications budget in the amount of $94,000 of PEG grant revenue for completion of several audio/visual capital projects.
Body
WHEREAS, the Office of Technology and Communications has accumulated a balance of PEG revenue in order to complete several audio/visual capital projects; and
WHEREAS, in order to complete the planned audio/visual capital projects in 2017, the 2017 budget needs to be amended to recognize the unspent PEG funds; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $94,000 in excess of those estimated in the 2017 budget; now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Saint Paul City Council, upon recommendation of the Mayor, that the 2017 Office of Technology and Communication special fund budget, as heretofore adopted by the Council, is hereby further amended in the particulars as specified in the attached financial analysis.
