Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 824 FREMONT AVENUE in Council File RLH SAO 17-14.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Council File RLH SAO 17-14 on May 17, 2017 which granted an extension to May 19, 2017 to abate the nuisance conditions at 824 FREMONT AVENUE; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on May 23, 2017 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance conditions are not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
