Approving establishment of the rate of pay for the new unclassified position of Deputy Chief of Police in Grade 034, of the EG 17, Non-Represented City Managers.

WHEREAS, a new unclassified position of Deputy Chief of Police was created under Ord. 17-13; and
WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources completed a job study for the unclassified position of Deputy Chief of Police; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for the unclassified position of Deputy Chief of Police be established at the rate set forth in Grade 034, of Employee Group 17, the Non-Represented Management Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the rate of pay for the new unclassified position of Deputy Chief of Police be established at the rate set forth in Grade 034, of Employee Group 17, the Non-Represented Management Salary Schedule. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
