Title

Approving a change in the rate of pay for the unclassified title of Assistant Chief of Police from EG 17, Non-Represented City Managers, Grade 034, to EG 17, Non-Represented City Managers, Grade 035.

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources completed a job study for the unclassified title of Assistant Chief of Police; and

WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for the unclassified title of Assistant Chief of Police be changed from that set forth in Grade 034 to that set forth in Grade 035 of Employee Group 17, the Non-Represented Managers Salary Schedule; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that the unclassified title of Assistant Chief of Police be changed from that set forth in Grade 034 to that set forth in Grade 035 of Employee Group 17, the Non-Represented Managers Salary Schedule. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
