WHEREAS, St Paws, LLC d/b/a St Paws (License ID #20170000644) applied for an Animal Boarding (Commercial) and Pet Grooming Facility license for the premises located at 1920 University Avenue West in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the applicant was able to obtain five (5) out of a possible five (5) petition signatures of the owners or occupants of privately or publicly owned real estate within one-hundred fifty (150) feet for one-hundred (100) percent support; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no other objections to the issuance of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of an Animal Boarding (Commercial) and Pet Grooming Facility license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Animal Boarding (Commercial) and Pet Grooming Facility license are hereby granted to St Paws, LLC d/b/a St Paws (License ID #20170000644) for the premises located at 1920 University Avenue West in Saint Paul.
