Can striaghten up good if you can please work with me. Also, I have an ex-husband there on hospice. Things a little crazy right now.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Vicki L. Norwood to a Summary Abatement Order at 541 CASE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant 1) extension to remove the mattress and cushion chair by May 8, 2017; 2) an extension to June 5 for compliance on the other debris in the yard; and 3) an extension to July 10 for compliance on the lumber/logs; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
