Appeal of Joseph R. Yeary, RZC LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 1051 ARKWRIGHT STREET.

 

Date/Time of 1st LH:  Tuesday, April 25, 2017, 2:30 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Recent purchase.  Plan to start rehab next 30 to 45 days (see attached plan).  I was employed out of state (Texas) until February 2017.  Now that I am back in Minnesota full-time, the rehab of this propety is now a priority for me.  Property taxes, loan payments, (The rest of this sentence appears to be cut off.)

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joseph R. Yeary, RZC LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 1051 ARKWRIGHT STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal but will allow permits to be pulled; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
