Purpose of Appeal: Building has never been vacant since purchased - under renovation. We closed our purchase of this home on 1/17/17. We began renovation shortly thereafter by cleaning the remaining personal property from the home. Previous owners did not vacate until after closing.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Don Maietta, Equihance Partners LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 1148 HUBBARD AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
