WHEREAS on April 19, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. AR 17-21 to delete the assessment for Clean Up services during November 30 to December 30, 2016 at 832 Jessamine Avenue East. (File No. J1707A, Assessment No. 178506); and

WHEREAS, the property at 832 Jessamine Avenue East, being described as: Eastville Heights Lot 12 Blk 16, with the property identification number 28-29-22-22-0173 was assessed an amount of $448; and

WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment due to inspector error;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $448, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 17-21 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
