Proclaiming May 17, 2017 to be Theresa Neal Day in the City of Saint Paul.

Body

Whereas, Theresa Neal took an oath to serve her community in Saint Paul Public Schools and Wilder as a social worker and school administrator; and

Whereas, students are served every day by Theresa at Como Park Senior High School and is one of many of our unsung heroes in the education system; and

Whereas, day in and day out, she provides the diverse services needed by students, staff and families with efficiency and integrity; and

Whereas, she lives her life in service to the men and women in her community at Kemper Methodist, Saint Paul Public Schools and the YWCA and has been instrumental in changing the lives of those who have come in contact with her; and

Now Therefore, Be it Resolved, that the members of the Saint Paul City Council proclaim May 17^th, 2017 to be Theresa Neal day in the City of Saint Paul.
