Approving the addition of an Entertainment (B) license to existing Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats, and Liquor On Sale-Sunday licenses held by Sakura Restaurant, Inc., d/b/a Sakura Japanese Restaurant (License ID #20050000245) at 350 St. Peter Street, Suite 195.

WHEREAS, Sakura Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Sakura Japanese Restaurant (License ID #200050000245) applied for an Entertainment B license for the premises located at 350 St. Peter Street, Suite 195; and
WHEREAS, the licensee currently holds a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Sidewalk), a Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats, and a Liquor On Sale-Sunday license; and
WHEREAS, the licensed premises is located downtown; therefore, a petition is not required for an Entertainment (B) license; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the issuance of an Entertainment B license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds for denial of an Entertainment B license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, an Entertainment B license is hereby granted to Sakura Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Sakura Japanese Restaurant (License ID #20050000245) for the premises located at 350 St. Peter Street, Suite 195 in Saint Paul.
