Comments: 11/10/2016: *Recheck - Opening a VB2 for lower unit (#1) only per Fire Inspector Niemeyer, see the revocation letter for the list of violations. The revocation was appealed and denied by LHO Marcia Moermond on Nov 8th, 2016. At the time of my inspection the tenants were in the process of moving their belonging out of the unit. I advised them on the VB2 rules and regulations and handed out business cards. VB placards posted on entry door to unit 1. ~Matt Dornfeld  12/13/2016: *Recheck - Fire Inspector Niemeyer has now revoked CofO's for 123 Colorado St E and 125 Colorado St E Unit #2 -- So all three units at this duplex have been revoked. ~MD Garbage/Rubbish (Advise)  12/27/2016: DSI Code Compliance Inspection Fee Paid
