WHEREAS, Qlik has invited Deputy Director Jeff Nyberg to attend the Qlik Qonnections Conference, a technology conference lecture series, on September 15 - 18, 2017; and
WHEREAS, Jeff Nyberg will have the opportunity to learn and gain new insights on key technology trends in the industry; and
WHEREAS, the organization has offered to pay for the costs of airfare, hotel, and conference registration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul find that attendance at the conference will be beneficial to the City in developing and implementing future technologies within the City, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts the gift of the cost of airfare, hotel, and conference registration to the Qlik Qonnections conference, and thanks Qlik for its generous gift.
