Required Background Information

Application was submitted on January 3, 2017 with public hearing held on January 30, 2017 at which all parties were afforded an opportunity to speak. The meeting was laid over twice due to an opportunity for applicant to attend District 1 Community Coucil meeting and lack of BZA quorum.  The final decision was made by the BZA to deny the variances on April 10, 2017.  The appellant is appealing the decision on grounds of procedural error.
