WHEREAS on April 5, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-18, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during November 10 to December 24, 2016. (File No. J1706P, Assessment No. 178405); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1025 Selby Avenue, being described as: Rogers Addition To St Paul Ex Ave Lots 15 Thru Lot 20 Blk 4, with the property identification number 02-28-23-22-0228 was assessed an amount of $185.46; and
WHEREAS, DSI staff recommends deleting the assessment as there is a waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $185.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 17-18 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
