RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Christie E. Jones and her attorney Zorislav Leyderman, the total sum of Twenty-three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and no cents ($23,500.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in Christie Jones v. City of Saint Paul for damages, medical bills, and attorney’s fees arising from the incident that occurred on October 9, 2013.
