Appeal of Lorraine Coroni to a Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 1260 WESTMINSTER STREET.

Purpose of Appeal: The condition of the house was a very minor problem and was being professionally cleaned, painted and carpet professionally washed. There was no minor children in the home and the inspector was not exact of what we could do to fix the problem and did not need to condemn the house and he should have at least given us 30 days to move or repair what was wrong as 10 days isvery hard to find a place to live.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lorraine Coroni to a Condemnation and Order to Vacate at 1260 WESTMINSTER STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to April 30, 2017 for tenant to vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
