WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-582 accepted the Report of Completion of Assessment for water main and connections at 1360 Point Douglas Road S., 1492 Point Douglas Road S., and 1558 Point Douglas Road S. The properties connected to the Carver Avenue/South Point Douglas main.

Final Order: 03-415 Approved: 05/14/2003
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 21, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
