WHEREAS on March 15, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-9, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during October 3 to 20, 2016. (File No. J1705P, Assessment No. 178404); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1080 University Avenue West, being described as: Hyde Park Vac St Accruing And Fol W 12 Ft Of Lot 9 And All Of Lots 7 And 8 Blk 1 Lindemanns Sub And In Sd Hyde Park Subj To Ave The E 60 75/100 Ft Of Part N Of Aurora Ave Of Lot 15, with the property identification number 35-29-23-32-0002 was assessed an amount of $195.46; and
WHEREAS, the property owner contacted City Council staff and stating a graffiti waiver was sent in and staff confirm a waiver has been on file since February 11, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $195.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 17-9 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
