WHEREAS on March 15, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 17-9, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during October 3 to 20, 2016. (File No. J1705P, Assessment No. 178404); and
WHEREAS, the property at 710 Dayton Avenue, being described as: Holcombes Addition Tosaint P E 1o Ft Of Lot 9 And All Of Lot 8 Blk 3, with the property identification number 02-28-23-11-0055 was assessed an amount of $245.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there has been a graffiti waiver on file since October 2016;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $246.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted and Council File No. RLH AR 17-9 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
