RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized to reduce the 2015 Village Streetscape assessment of Highland LTF Real Estate Company, Inc. from $333,532.85 to $220,000 (a reduction of $113,532.85). This represents full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s claims in LTF Real Estate Company, Inc. v. City of Saint Paul, for all claims for damages and attorneys’ fees regarding this assessment.
