WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 17-348 accepted the Report of Completion for an upgrade in size to a water service connection serving 526 Selby Avenue.

Final Order: 15-245 Approved: 10/07/2015
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on April 19, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
