Title

Amending the Activity budget in the Police Department in the amount of $17,830 for the program income earned on the 2013 JAG.

Body

WHEREAS, the Police Department is requesting to increase the Activity budget for the 2013 JAG grant (RES PH 13-254) for the program income as earned through the life of the grant; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $17,830.16  in excess of those estimated in the 2016 budget; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following addition be made to the 2016 budget; and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the city council approves these changes to the 2016 grant Activity budget.
