WHEREAS on February 1, 2017, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 16-91, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during August 23 to September 1, 2016 at 162 YORK AVENUE. (File No. J1703P, Assessment No. 178402); and
WHEREAS, the property at 162 York Avenue, being described as: Edmund Rices Third addition T Vac Sts & Alleys Accruing & Fol; That Part Of Lot A W Of A Line 60.5 Ft W Of Cl Of Rr Tract Adj Lot E Also W 94.53 Ft Of Lot A Adj Lot F Together With All Of Lots D Thru G Of Soo Line Plat No.5 & In Sd Edmund Rices 3rd Add All Of Lots 1 Thru 3 & 7 Thru 12, with the property identification number 30-29-22-42-0104 was assessed an amount of $185.46; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there is a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $185.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 16-91 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
