Appeal of David Daly to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1415 CLEVELAND AVENUE NORTH.

Purpose of Appeal: I am requesting a postponement of the reinspection date to June 17, 2017. I am having surgery Jan 24th and will not be able to lift anything over 20 pounds or attend a hearing for 90 days following surgery. I would then have 30 days to complete the repairs. I am not disputing any items on the deficiency list. I am only requesting additional time due to medal reasons.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of David Daly to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1415 CLEVELAND AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to April 7, 2017 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
