1.                     Approving the January 25, 2017 HRA Board Meeting Minutes

Adopted as set forth in Min 17-6

 

2.                     Resolution Approving Swap of $100,000 from the HRA Loan Enterprise Fund for $100,000 of Sales Tax Revitalization (STAR) Funds Allocated to 2016 and 2017 Commercial Vitality Zone Pre-development Planning.

Adopted as set forth in RES 17-255

3.                     Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Conduit Housing Revenue Bonds (Hanover Townhomes Project); Approving Related Documents; and Adopting a Housing Program, 408 North Farrington Street, District 8, Ward 1.

 

Mr. Sage-Martinson, HRA Executive Director, stated this item is a request to issue Conduit Housing Revenue Bonds; these are Conduit Bonds so no obligation on behalf of the City or the HRA. They would allow the owner of Hanover Townhomes to refinance, renovate and preserve the 96 units as affordable units.

4.                     Resolution Approving and Designating Neighborhood Development Alliance (NeDA) as Tentative Developer for the HRA-owned Parcels Located at 614 State Street, 623, 633, 645, 647, and 651 Oakdale Avenue Saint Paul, District 3, Ward 2.

 

Mr. Sage-Martinson, HRA Executive Director, stated this item is a request for tentative developer status for Neighborhood Development Alliance for six parcels that are owned by the HRA. This tentative developer status would be for two years and allow NeDa to do the necessary pre-development work.
