RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 to Appellants First Baptist Church, Church of St. Mary, and Minnesota Public Radio and their attorney, John G. Hoeschler, John G. Hoeschler, P.A. the total sum of one-hundred ten thousand two-hundred eighteen dollars and fourteen cents ($110,218.14) in full and final settlement of all appeals to their right-of-way assessment in 2011, 2012 and 2015 for all alleged damages, costs and attorneys’ fees referenced in Appellants’ Notices of Appeals.
