WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-2069 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of September 30 to October 31, 2016; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on February 15, 2017 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Chapter 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

 

RLH TA 17-13:  351 Bates Avenue;

RLH TA 17-5:  355 Bates Avenue;

RLH TA 17-16:  1545 Charles Avenue;

RLH TA 17-8:  713 Como Avenue;

RLH TA 17-15:  1089 Cook Avenue East;

RLH TA 17-21:  948 Earl Street;

RLH TA 17-24:  794 Frank Street;

RLH TA 17-6:  825 Hardenbergh Place;

RLH TA 17-1:  651 Hawthorne Avenue;

RLH TA 17-14:  653 Ivy Avenue;

RLH TA 17-11:  1118 Margaret Street;

RLH TA 17-XXX: 756 Reaney Avenue - delete for separate consideration; referred to Legislative Hearing on March 7 and continued public hearing to March 15;

RLH TA 17-3:  1523 Scheffer Avenue;

RLH TA 17-7:  699 Sherburne Avenue;

RLH TA 17-9:  22 Warren Street; and be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
