WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Sam Manning, SMRLS, o/b/o Ken Hamblin, to a Summary Abatement Order at 889 EUCLID STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation was to grant an extension to January 13, 2017 for compliance;
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council accepted and adopted the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter on December 21, 2016 under Resolution File No. RLH SAO 16-51.
WHEREAS, Ken Hamblin is requesting addtional time for the removal of the garbage/rubbish, tires, metal, vehicles and improperly stored items throughout the yard.
