Purpose of Appeal: Elctricity waws turned off by Xcel only temporarily. The house has heat, water, electricity. It was off only because a pipe burst.

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Josh Limberg to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 666 SIMS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee until March 1, 2017 for owner to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
