Appeal of Kenneth Cobb to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 512 CENTRAL AVENUE WEST.

Purpose of Appeal:  Redirect Category 2.  Just need plumbing plus cosmetic.  Should be able to be occupied.  Home safe and clean.  Category 2 should not be on the home that was built by my parents.

Date of Order(s) Under Appeal:  October 28, 2016

Inspector/Key Staff:  Matt Dornfeld

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Previously, Kenneth Cobb was required to provide a POA to the City.  Is this on file?  In LH, we need to confirm whether he is also appealing the SAO dated 10-18-16.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Kenneth Cobb to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 512 CENTRAL AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee until March 30, 2017; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
