WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jessica Hindmarch to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 69 SEVENTH STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal if one of the following conditions is met:
1. the motion sensor (access control) stays in place and a labeled push panic button is installed;
2. the motion sensor (access control) stays in place and it can be confirmed the handicap button can be used for emergency access and is so labeled; or
3. the motion sensor (access control) is disconnected; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
