Appeal of Howard Williams to a Summary Abatement Order at 120-122 STEVENS STREET WEST.
Date/Time of 1st LH: November 22, 2016; 11:00 a.m. Rescheduled to December 6, 2016 per owner request and inspector acquiescence. No further reschedules. This should be on the December 21, 2016 public hearing agenda, unless the City's engineer deems the situation more critical, and then it should be on December 7, 2016.
Purpose of Appeal: The removal of a garage which is in disrepair but is housing rear car and will take more time to remove. I would like to leave the car in place until spring and remove it and take down the building and repalce it myself at the same time.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Howard Williams to a Summary Abatement Order at 120-122 STEVENS STREET WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to June 30, 2017 for removal of the garage; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
