Appeal of Al Beatrez to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 662 THIRD STREET EAST.

Purpose of Appeal: I currently have two permits issued - one for code violations and another to finish off the basement. I'm aggressively working to complete the work and will realistically be done mid-Dec. I would request that you take this into consideration.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Al Beatrez to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 662 THIRD STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
