Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Parks and Recreation's Tort Liability Fund 1-10041100-74205-4110013000-74205 to State Farm Insurance Company as subrogee of John Bergstrom, the amount of eighteen thousand four hundred ninety-nine dollars and nineteen cents ($18,499.19) in full and final settlement of their no fault subrogation claim from a vehicle accident that occured on or about the 12th day of July, 2013 in Saint Paul, MN.
