Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department Tort Liability Fund, 1-23031500-74205-3123081000-74205 to State Farm Insurance Company as subrogee of Slot Khay the amount of nine thousand eight hundred eighty-six dollars and sixty-nine cents ($9,886.69) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim stemming from a vehicle accient on or about the 3rd day of February, 2016, in Saint Paul, MN.
