Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department to establish the spending and financing plans for the reimbursement from the Minnesota National Guard in the amount of $753.59.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department will be reimbursed by the Minnesota National Guard for training for the Saint Paul Fire Department to attend CERFP training on November 19-20, 2016; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of the training is $753.59; and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the reimbursement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriations funds of $753.59 in excess of those estimated in the 2016 budget, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends that the following additions be made to the 2016 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2016 budget.
