THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:

 

SECTION 1

Section 55.04 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

Sec. 55.04. - Permit for erecting and occupying temporary membrane structures, tents and canopies.

(g)  The tent permit fee shall be one hundred twenty-nine dollars ($129.00) one hundred thirty-one dollars ($131.00) for the first three thousand (3,000) square feet or fraction thereof, of foot print area, plus three dollars ($3.00) per one thousand (1,000) square feet or fraction thereof, of foot print area over three thousand (3,000) square feet.

SECTION 2

 

Section 55.09 and 55.10 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

 

Sec. 55.09. - Permit for utilizing liquid petroleum gas (propane) temporarily.

(g)   The permit fee shall be one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00) one hundred twenty-eight dollars ($128.00) for the first ten (10) cylinders or fraction thereof, or one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) one hundred seventy-nine dollars ($179.00) for eleven (11) to twenty (20) cylinders, or two hundred twenty-five dollars ($225.00) two hundred thirty dollars ($230.00) for twenty-one (21) or more cylinders.

Sec. 55.10. - Permit for hazardous materials storage tanks and dispensing devices.

(i)  The tank permit fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) two hundred four dollars ($204.00) f or the first tank and seventy-two dollars ($72.00) seventy-three dollars ($73.00) for each additional tank. The fee for dispensing devices shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) fifty-one dollars ($51.00) per device.

 

SECTION 3

 

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days following its passage, approval and publication.
